Dear Stephanie,

Finally we’re settled in to our new home in Santa Fe and able to come up for air! While we miss Santa Cruz, we’re so glad we decided on a new adventure. Who knows where we’ll go next.

We can’t thank you enough for making the last seven years in Santa Cruz so wonderful. We’d had our eye on Heritage Landing for a long time, and after going out with you to look at properties, even more interested. While nothing in the complex was for sale at the time we were looking, you aggressively pursued any and all avenues. To our surprise, someone was ready and willing to sell–not only that, but an ocean view unit that was absolutely perfect. That was an unusual transaction but you made it relaxed, easy and painless. We can’t tell you how many times we sat out on that deck over the harbor and talked about how lucky we were to be able to live there, thanks to you!

Fast forward seven years and this time we were on the opposite end of the transaction. Impulsive folks that we are, we had to move right when we decided to, never mind that the market was in serious flux. We truly appreciate the huge amounts of time and effort you invested, not only in beautiful materials, advertising, photos and open houses, but also in emotionally and practically preparing us for how the sale might go in an uncertain market; you were realistic while still remaining optimistic, and we surely needed that balance. Once we got an offer, it could not have been more perfect or gone more smoothly. Your sense of humor helped us through some of the stressful moments, and your advice as we worked through the sale was spot-on.

So thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You helped us make the best investment we’ve ever made, and that’s opened doors for us that we didn’t know were possible. You know that our doors are open to you any time you are in or near Santa Fe! If a prospective client would like to talk to us, we’re always more than happy to be a reference for you.
