I relocated to Nevada and needed to sell my former residence in Bonny Doon, where I had lived for 18 years. I know there was standing room only during the open houses, and Stephanie met people before and after the scheduled hours. Stephanie stayed in close contact with me while the house was on the market, so I knew what was happening each day, and could respond to questions as they came up.
Stephanie arranged it so that all the offers came in on the same day, and prepared a spreadsheet to present them to us. We had six offers, which is amazing for Bonny Doon, and several of them greatly over asking price! In addition, the prospective buyers each wrote why they were interested in our property, and what their vision was for the future of the property. The process went amazingly smooth, and we plan to close escrow in just two weeks.

We can’t thank you enough for making the last seven years in Santa Cruz so wonderful. Wed had our eye on Heritage Landing for a long time, and after going out with you to look at properties, even more interested. While nothing in the complex was for sale at the time we were looking, you aggressively pursued any and all avenues.
